armless loveseatCHICAGO — Fast-fashion upholstered furniture producer Cloth & Company has collaborated with design and fashion blog Designlovefest on a new line of sofas, chairs and other upholstered items sold exclusively on Target.com.

The 40-piece collection is inspired by Designlovefest founder, Bri Emery’s recent trip to Mexico features 14 “playful and stylish textiles in 12 silhouettes,” Cloth & Co. said, including chairs, sofa/settees, bench seats and upholstered headboards.

Pricing for the collection ranges from about $200 to $1,400. Some items are online now, such as an armless loveseat for $800, though the full launch comes Tuesday.

“While creating this furniture line, I was very inspired by my recent travels to Mexico, seeing beautiful tiles, textiles, and desert sunsets, Emery said.

“I was drawn to using patterns that are often found in blankets and rugs and wanted those prints to translate onto furniture. It was important to me to offer a variety of colors and subtle patterns so they could easily fit into any room in your home.”

The collection is the latest in a series of collaborations for Cloth & Company, which using digital printing capabilities and a made-to-order business model, while partners with some of the artists and influencers across the country, including Iris Apfel and Joy Cho.

“At Cloth & Company we celebrate design that is unexpected yet stylish, and this sums up Bri’s aesthetic,” said Meganne Wecker chief creative officer of Skyline Furniture and co-founder of Cloth & Company.
