ELKHART, Ind. — Interior designer Jonathan B. Tuff, age 52, died on March 28 at Elkhart General Hospital.
Tuff was born on Feb. 20, 1969, i to Jack and Kaye Tuff. He married Brad Priest in 2016.
Tuff started work as an interior design with his father’s company, Tops Home Center & Tuff Properties. From 1990 to1995, he owned and operated J.B. Brent & Co, a men’s clothing store in downtown Elkhart. After that, he spent several years in Chicago working for Ralph Lauren.
When Tuff returned to Elkhart, he and his sister Cynthia created Garber’s Interior Design.
Tuff is survived by his husband, two sisters and two nephews.
The family will have visitation 2 p.m.-4 p.m. and 6 p.m.-8 p.m., April 1, at Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home, 1531 Cobblestone Blvd., Elkhart, Ind. The funeral service will be at 3 p.m. on April 2, with visitation before the service from 1 p.m.-3 p.m.
