NEW YORK — Lighting and furniture manufacturer Adesso has launched a redesigned website aimed at improving the online experience for designers, retailers and other trade customers.
The new platform, which went live June 4, features updated navigation, expanded product information and enhanced account management tools intended to streamline product sourcing and ordering.
According to the company, the redesigned website offers a cleaner layout and improved navigation, allowing users to more quickly browse products, explore collections and access specifications. Product pages have been updated with additional imagery and more detailed descriptions to support product selection and specification.
The website also includes new purchasing tools designed to simplify the ordering process. Among the additions are an optimized add-to-cart function and enhanced product selection capabilities, including a dropdown menu that allows users to view and select alternate finishes.
A major focus of the redesign is expanded functionality for trade account holders. Logged-in users can access real-time pricing, inventory availability and warehouse information. The platform also provides estimated restock dates for out-of-stock products and displays current inventory quantities to help customers plan projects and purchasing decisions.
Trade customers can also view and track order histories, create and organize favorites lists for specific projects or clients and place orders through an updated checkout process.
Chris Banning, senior vice president of sales, said the company designed the platform to better meet the needs of professional customers.
“Our goal was to create a digital experience that works as hard as our customers do,” Banning said. “This new platform is designed to provide the tools, transparency, and speed that today’s trade professionals expect, and we’re committed to continuing to evolve it.”
Adesso said additional features will be introduced in phases over the coming months. Planned enhancements include a sales representative locator, a store locator and expanded filtering tools intended to improve product discovery and local support.
Founded in New York City, Adesso manufactures lighting and furniture products across its Adesso, Simplee Adesso and ADS360 brands. The company said the website redesign serves as a foundation for future digital improvements aimed at supporting the trade community.
